We are an aspiring startup from Leipzig, Germany, with the ambitious goal of making CO2 usable as a raw material for the synthesis of chemical base materials. To achieve this, we are developing innovative plasma catalysis reactors at our location in Leipzig, in the modern Campus BioCity. To support our development, we are looking for a committed HIWI to join our modeling and simulation team for developing reactor designs.
The opportunity – Shape your influential role
As a HIWI for OpenFOAM Simulation for Plasma-Catalysis, you will contribute by generating and optimizing reactor designs essential to the conversion process, applying OpenFOAM to develop precise and effective simulations that advance syngas production.
Your profile – face challenges and develop yourself further
- Student of engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field.
- Experience with OpenFOAM is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic knowledge of C++ programming; openness to working with code.
- An organized and proactive work style.
- Fluent in English or German.
